Koko Kids-Play, Learn, Laugh, Groom!

Koko Kids, a vibrant kid’s play area in Villanova Community Mall-Dubai, is dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for children to explore, learn, and play. With a commitment to providing a secure environment for little ones to explore and learn, Koko Kids has become a social hub where children can engage, make friends, and develop essential social skills.

Assessing Client Needs and Objectives:

Embarking on a play area project, safety remains our paramount concern, especially considering the target audience – children. While fun and aesthetics are essential, safety takes precedence.

Ensuring security requires selecting the appropriate CCTV camera configurations, and pinpointing the exact installation points is crucial to achieve the optimal view. To enhance the ambiance, the client requested a music system capable of playing
diverse genres across four distinct zones. This entire system should be remotely controllable via a mobile app. Additionally, a biometric system for employee management was deemed crucial.

After a comprehensive discussion with the client, a detailed blueprint was created. CCTV camera placements were strategically positioned to ensure an optimal view of the premises, while speaker points were meticulously marked to optimize sound distribution.

Cameras Everywhere for a Safe and Fun Space

To ensure constant monitoring and supervision, we installed a state-of-the-art CCTV system covering key areas of the play zone. This not only enhances the safety of the children but also provides peace of mind for parents and caregivers.
All loops and holes were covered with limited blind spots. This was a very challenging task due to the complicated structural design. However, our team’s proactive approach to the work ensured that the task was completed successfully.

Happy Tunes: Bringing Joy to Koko Kids with a Fun Music System

To add an extra layer of fun and vibrancy to the play area, we implemented a tailored music system. This contributes to a lively atmosphere and complements the adventurous spirit of Koko Kids. The entire area was divided into four zones, each with the capability to play different music or the same music across all zones, depending on user preferences. Zone selection, music selection, and volume control can all be controlled using the DCP mobile app for both iOS and Android devices. The entire configuration is handled by the Yamaha DSP. The music system is network-based and also supports Apple Airplay, Online radio, Spotify Direct, etc., eliminating the need for traditional old-school Bluetooth connections to the media player for music playback. All you need to do is connect to the Wi-Fi and start playing, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout the store.

Fingerprint Magic: Making Things Smooth with Biometrics for Koko Kids Staff

Prioritizing security and time management, we integrated a biometric system to manage access control and employee attendance efficiently. Apart from employee attendance management, it ensures that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas, creating an added layer of protection for the children.
Apart from these, we have added a support-friendly networking unit which includes our Cloud-Based Solutions ensuring uninterrupted connectivity, enabling quick responses and enhanced remote support.
