We also handle ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing for businesses operating in Saudi Arabia.

Question 4

Are you SIRA-certified for CCTV installation in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Inditech is a SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certified CCTV company in Dubai. This means our installations meet the full regulatory standards required by Dubai Police and the UAE government. We supply, install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV systems for retail stores, commercial buildings, villas, and warehouses.

Question 5

What is the difference between EGoal and RetailNext analytics?

Accepted Answer

EGoal is designed for shopping malls and airports — it tracks tenant sales, footfall across common areas, and provides property-level dashboards for mall management teams. RetailNext is designed for individual retail stores — it measures in-store shopper behaviour, zone heatmaps, staff performance, and conversion rates. Inditech implements both, and they can be used together for complete retail ecosystem insights.

Question 6

Do you offer IT support and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Inditech provides IT AMC services covering hardware maintenance, software support, network monitoring, and helpdesk services. We serve businesses across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC with flexible monthly and annual contracts. Our team is available for on-site and remote support.

Question 7

Can Retail Pro integrate with our ERP, e-commerce, or loyalty platform?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Retail Pro is one of the most integration-friendly POS platforms available. We have built and supported integrations with SAP, Oracle, various e-commerce platforms, OptCulture loyalty, Adyen and Pine Labs payment systems, Planet Tax Free, and more. Speak to our team about your specific integration requirements.

Question 8

How long does a CCTV installation typically take in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

For a standard retail store or small office (up to 16 cameras), installation typically takes 1–2 days. Larger projects such as shopping malls or warehouses are scoped individually. All installations include system configuration, remote viewing setup, and user training. We also offer CCTV health-check and AMC plans for ongoing maintenance.

Question 9

Do you serve businesses outside Dubai — in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or Saudi Arabia?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While our head office is in Dubai (Karama), we serve clients across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. We also have a presence in KSA and India, and remotely support clients throughout the GCC region. Clients like Carrefour, Emaar, and Lacoste rely on us across multiple locations.

Question 10

What people counting or footfall analytics solutions do you offer for malls?

Accepted Answer

We implement two leading platforms: EGoal for mall-level analytics (footfall, tenant performance, common area tracking) and RetailNext for store-level analytics (shopper path analysis, conversion, dwell time). Both come with real-time dashboards and reporting. We also offer standalone people counters for smaller venues and individual stores.
